AGo Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 9, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AGo mobile application ("AGo", "the app"), operated by Anvya AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using AGo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What AGo is

AGo is a platform that lets individual drivers offer spare seats in their own private vehicle and lets passengers find and book those seats for a shared trip (carpooling). AGo is not a taxi service, ride-hailing company, or transportation provider. We do not own or operate any vehicles, we do not employ drivers, and we are not a party to the transportation arrangement between a driver and a passenger. AGo's role is limited to connecting users and providing the booking, messaging, location-sharing, and payment-coordination tools described below.

2. Eligibility & your account

3. Bookings, fares & cancellations

4. Payments

Ride payments happen directly between the passenger and the driver through the passenger's own UPI app, using a UPI ID the driver provides in their profile. AGo does not process, collect, hold, or have access to any ride payment. We are not a payment processor and are not responsible for failed, delayed, or disputed payments between users — those are between you and the other party, same as if you'd paid a friend directly. Report suspected payment fraud to us at the contact below so we can review the accounts involved.

5. Your conduct

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Safety, the SOS feature, and your responsibility

The in-app SOS button contacts the personal emergency contact you added in your profile — it opens your phone's own SMS/call app addressed to that contact with your live location. It does not contact police, ambulance, or any professional emergency responder. In a genuine emergency, contact local emergency services directly first.

AGo provides tools (ratings, profile verification fields, live location sharing, SOS) to help you make informed decisions, but we do not conduct background checks on users and cannot guarantee the identity, driving record, or conduct of any driver or passenger. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment when arranging and taking a ride — for example, verifying the vehicle and driver match the booking before getting in.

7. Ratings & user content

Ratings, reviews, profile details, and chat messages are provided by users, not by AGo. We do not verify or endorse this content and are not liable for it. Don't post anything false, defamatory, or that violates someone else's rights. We may remove content or ratings that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGo and Anvya AI are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or dispute arising from a ride arranged through the app, including but not limited to vehicle accidents, driver or passenger conduct, payment disputes between users, or the accuracy of information another user provides. AGo is a connection platform; the ride itself is an arrangement between you and the other user, at your own risk.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what's deleted and what's retained (e.g. transaction records kept for the other party's ride history and dispute resolution).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be notified in-app. Continuing to use AGo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of AGo will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
